LSI (Liquid Silicone Injection Molding) Silicone Rubber

LSR stands for Liquid Silicone Rubber by the status of its raw material and its typical viscosity range is 50 ~ 5000 Pa·s. Actually, the raw material status of RTV(Room Temperature Vulcanization) is also liquid type, but generally the term of LSR represents high temperature vulcanization.

LSR is a perfect elastomer for automated injection molding due to its excellent liquidity by low viscosity and high temperature vulcanization type. LSR also can easily fill the most complex part of mold and this makes LSR ideal for complex molds, demanding design and tolerance.

LSR does not generate volatiles or residue during curing process differ from peroxide curing, and it makes possible the application, which requires inertness, of layette like pacifier, leisure goods like diving mask, snorkel and kitchenware like food container.
